A true buccaneer at heart, Kevin's love affair with pirates burgeoned with iconic moments – from the misadventures of the Little Rascals to the thrill of his maiden voyage on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride during his high school years and standing in the edge of the surf gazing at the majesty of the sea. His fascination continued to sail through tales of the Golden Age of Piracy and the legendary Captain Jack Sparrow of the silver screen.

Kevin breathes life into his creations through a simple #2 pencil and canvas of paper. The treasures of the Sketchy Pirate merchandise line are born from Kevin's original designs, capturing the spirit of the sea and the allure of all things nautical.

But Sketchy Pirate is more than just an online emporium. It's a spectacle that unfolds at Pirate Festivals along the Southeast Atlantic Coast and the sun-soaked Gulf Coast of Florida.
